Health/Medical Assistant

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Health/Medical Assistant is offered to 10th, 11th and 12th grade students. The three year program will offer a background in basic anatomy, physiology, diagnostic studies, pathophysiology, terminology, and practical skills. Studies in dental assisting, use of computers for medical office procedures, and the possibility of a cooperative work study program are also included in the Health/Medical Assistant program.
