The Bedford County Technical Center (BCTC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) need your assistance and feedback to improve the quality of career and technical education (CTE) programs. Each year, we conduct a follow-up survey with our alumni to gather information and statistics that will be reported to PDE. With you being a completer in your program.
