The Bedford County Technical Center hosted superintendents and principals from the sending schools to participate in a safety training today at the BCTC. Students Malachi Clark, Chloe Dreager, and Victoria Cain presented the fair to the attendees. Fellow culinary students from other sessions prepared the served food. Thanks to Mrs Sheeder for her hard work and dedication to culinary students.

The Bedford County Technical Center is offering a free FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) Completion Night on Monday, March 4, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the computer lab the Bedford County Technical Center. A representative from PHEAA (Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency) will be on hand to help students and parents complete the FAFSA and answer any questions. This is open to high school seniors or post-secondary students and their parents. There are no reservations or appointments necessary. For more information, email sshuss@bedfordctc.org.

New student orientation will be held on Monday, August 21. Group 1 (last name A through K) will begin at 6:00 PM and Group 2 (last name L through Z) will begin at 7:00 PM.

Candidate must hold either a PA K-12 Principal certification or a PA Career and Technical Administrative Director certification. In addition, the candidate must hold or be willing to obtain a cooperative education instructor certification. Prior teaching and leadership experience in a CTE setting preferred.
